I have been to many fly-ins & I notice some guys can do about any trick you can think of in the air, but blow the whole show on a crummy landing. So when I see a guy like "Jase the Ace" fly & land perfect, I really enjoy that. He is from West Michigan....

Mix in a lower throttle idle setting (Idle throttle position) with a switch on the Xmitter, when you land flip the switch your idle will be lower. Don't forget to put the switch back to "normal" mode for the next flight or your idle will be too low.

Yeah, I do that sometimes. I call it "flight idle" and "landing/ground idle". Works great and helps keep from having dead stick landings due to the engine quitting in flight on power off maneuvers.
