Default DLE 20Rear exhaust clear mount

Can't tell in the pictures, are the two exhaust tips on the new rear exhaust DLE20 narrower than the beam mounts? I am going to convert a glow plane to gas that uses a stock glass beam mount and want to be sure it fits.

I'm not sure I understand this question. The muffler outlets are usually well away from any motor mount beams just like the photo you linked to. From there I would assume the muffler outlets are wider than the beam spacing if that is an issue for whatever reason. Carb clearance is usually more of an issue when converting from glo to a rear intake gas engine.

Just took another person to make the light bulb go off for me. I was forgetting it would mount inverted and the mount would be above it. DUH.

Thanks for taking the time, David

As an option for mounting your DLE 20, take a look at the Hangar 9 metal motor mount.
