Need help identifying this large scale engine

I believe it is a .95 engine.Not sure who made it though.Thanks for any help you may have.

It is a Ryobi 31cc. (1.9 cubic inch) Prop will be something similar to an 18 x 6 or 18 x 8. Prop it to turn no more than 7500 rpms on the ground.
