Just received a new dle 20ra from a friend of mine without the ignition that I am putting on a gp waco ymf and was wondering if the cdi rcexl ignition would work or do I need the factory dle ignition.

Rcexl makes the DLE ignition. They're the same.

If I were going to buy an ignition outright, I'd probably go with an RCXP. It's a direct replacement, with the latest circuitry, said to be a little smaller, with the bonus of being a little less money.
