How do I design and build a tuned pipe for this engine?

Tuned pipes are pretty much just for two stroke engines. For that four stroke you might try just a megaphone, but man, it's going to be noisy!

Oh I see. Not a good idea for me then, as I'm interested in keeping the engine quiet. It will be for flying at a site where that is important.
