The plastic fuel inlet on my Dle 30 carb broke off at the nipple. Do these come off and are they replaceable

They are easily replaced and the all metal version is readily available from several sources including B&B shown below.

Horizon also sells this same fitting along with the black plastic version under their Zenoah parts listings.

All Walbo fuel fittings have the same hole size in the carb and are interchangeable.
