Could use more detail. Prop, gas mix, ignition power supply ect. It could simply be that between the ring seating and carb parts getting more pliable it is now running rich on the bottom end. Easy to find out, lean the low needle until it won't transition out of idle then open just enough to get transition.

+2 on the more info
Also your gas engine experience?
What you have already tried if anything?
What do you mean by a "weak bottom end"?

Hi guys, thanks for the replies,I'm no expert with gas engines but I do have basic knowledge, the da50 sat for 7 years while I took a break from the hobby due to kids,I recently began to fly again, since it sat so long I replaced the fuel tank, batteries gas lines, carb and gaskets, reeds etc,the motor has been nothing but problems since re entering the hobby, anyway I put the old carb back on today with a new diaphragm and so far everything is running perfect, looks like I purchased a bad carb from da,but at least my engine troubles are over.

If you purchased the carb from DA call them they will more than likely make things right

There is no mention in any of your posts about adjusting the needles. Did you tune the engine after replacing the carb? You're descriptions of the problem would suggest the low end was a bit lean as speedracer suggested.
