MVVS 80 has Walbro carburator HDA-182 which need repair kit K24-HDA
When repairing a MVVS 80 I needed to know which Walbro Carburator it has.
It is not mentioned in the manual, which means you have to get to the engine, to find out.
Which involves lots of work.
So I tried google, but got no hits. None, whatsoever. I needed to know which carburator, otherwise I couldnt find out which repair kit to order.
Very annoying.
Anyway, I therefore posted this thread, so that others might find this information when using google.
So, in order to increase the chances for a google hit, I enter these sentences;

-Which carburator is the MVVS-80 using ? Answer; It is HDA-182

We had to remove the engine from the plane today. It is a Carf Mustang.
It's a lot of work, but it also gave us the chance to actually read the stamped type on the side of the carburator.
It said HDA-189 B.
We were told by an MVVS representative that it was 182......
And now, I cannot edit the earlier posts......
