I have no idea what engine that is. It has a very unusual layout with the carb on the front and the mount on the bottom.

WOW, totally no Idea? Worked on lots of small "weed-wackers", etc. No clue!

My SWAG is that they are for something like a Billy Goat, where the shaft turns a blower wheel and the whole mess is on wheels. What displacement does it seem to be? Are there any markings at all
on it? Is that a clutch on the shaft opposite the prop hub? What brand and number is the carb? More importantly than what they are, is do they run and with what size prop and what rpm? Good luck, let us now if you find out more.

The low carb position suggests case vs piston port induction. Are there reeds under the carb on the carb mount?

It looks rather heavy and bulky to be a viable model airplane engine?

Though the Stihl 015 makes good power for its displacement . . .

You are going to need to shed half its weight as shown to use it as a airplane engine.

All the extra material in the bottom bearing cap needs to be removed.

The prop hub needs to be changed from steel to aluminum.

Possibly change it over to RCEXL style ignition to save weight.

A better - lighter candidate would be this Chinese made Stihl MS 180 copy with more power and less weight - less labor 32cc $32.68. . .

Off subject but if more engines had cooling fins like that Stihl copy, there would be far fewer cooling problems.
