Mintor 22 tune
I got the Mintor 22 back on the P51 and I am happy with the plumbing now.
I played with the needle's a little, but then put them back to 1 3/4 each and tuned from there.
I have a APC 17x6 on and its running 2200 idle and 8200 full out.
if I leave it idle at 2200 for about 40 sec. it comes back up ok , but puffs out a little smoke. I am bring up the thr. slow. I have it set where the bottom half of the thr. curve is gradual.
how does that sound.
just had a thought, I am changing oil. I am down to my last few oz. with Klotz and am going to redline. Will that change needle settings?
