Default dle 35 prop hub threading

In trying to fit a new prop and spinner backplate, I accidentally broke the head off the hub bolt. The bolt shaft that remained in the hub had to be drilled out but in the process, the threading was damaged. We decided to just forget it and drill new holes in the hub but need to remove the hub for that. How to do this? We tried holding the hub uning a bar in the bolts and rotate the hub shaft, the part that centres the prop, with a gripper plier but it doesnt want to come loose

Here is a link to Valleyview rc. They sell a single bolt adapter (for the 30) But if you check out the manual for the install it shows how to remove the bolt.
