Saito's New Engine: FG-90R3

Good day Rick,
Unfortunately I read a post by Reverend a few years ago that stated he no longer produces the fans for RC aircraft. I do believe there are at least two others who produce the fans. You will have to search RC Universe, RC Groups, and Flying Giants to find out who they are.
Good luck:
Roger

My Feedback: (7)
That's a cool P47, Rick!
Now this: you can see in earlier posts that I converted my R90 to a walbro carb and C&H fuel pump (which works FANTASTIC by the way). Well this past weekend I had a major fail. In a nutshell, the ORANGE FUEL LINE that comes with the pump completely failed! It cracked and fell off SEVERAL of the connections, filling my plane with gas) and as you'll see in the pic one piece plastic deformed in an incredibly weird way - which I could not duplicate by the way. It looks melted but when I purposely overheated a spare piece I could not get it to do this!
But here's the weirdest thing of all: I've been flying this EXACT SAME set up on the R60 in my Phoenix Waco and the same fuel line in that plane is still pristine after several years! Before this happened I LOVED this fuel line - I even called Adrian at C&H to try to get some spares (No, he doesn't supply it except with the pumps). But now I would NEVER use it. I'm just not going to change it out of the Waco yet but I went with Sullivan Pro Flex (and regular Tygon) on the Wulf.

Do NOT use this orange line, fellas. The Sullivan ProFlex is great stuff. It lasts FOREVER and it's the only line I trust to go inside my fuel tanks.

Progress . . . .
Up to MkV . . . . green cooling fan . . . When the weather is good enough, this weekend the first test runs and "test" flight
Green is just for visibility, grey and black are for MkVI and MkVII
Fan light-weight around 48 grams (1.69 ounches) total
Installation is intended as Plug&Play

Good morning
Last year my FG90 dropped a valve, and crush the piston and cylinder... Would you rebuild it, off course a i need a new piston, cylinder and valves on the one. And how???? Maybe new valves on all the cylinders, and maybe piston rings????
