I have a DLE30 ordered a prop from Valley View. They ask 12 or 2oclock I said 2 because I don't know why. I got a drill guide too so I can drill my own. Tell me how the position of the holes work.

They work on when the engine comes up on compression when you are setting up the prop for flipping.
When you look at the hub the magnet is in line with one of the four holes, and the sensor is about 45* off the engine at vertical.
In a dead stick it may also effect the prop resting position.
I like my hand sliding off the prop at 10:00 when starting a big grasser.by hand. So with a inverted engine that is about 12:00
So draw a line across the two blades and 12:00 runs through two holes.and 2:00 is 60* off of that.
I hope this is what you wanted
