Default What engine is this?

Hi I bought this engine and have not been able to identify it and was wondering if anyone Knows what it is. It uses a tillotson carband the bare wire that is showing if for the kill switch.

It looks like a converted sacks, Dont know the size but there is a number on the head and if you post someone can tell you.(Ralph)

The only numbers i can find on the head are N8 by the sparkplug and a N5 and what looks like a triangle with a B beside it

There is also what looks like a K printed on a S and the numbers 1704 on the forward base of the cylinder

I have an old 3.1 Sachs here that looks just like it..The K and S are the trademark of Kolbenschmidt, the German company that made the cylinder...Mine is painter silver, but underneath the black the case might orange.
the 3.1 had a heavier crank than the 3.2 used by most conversion companies, so the engine is heavier but sturdier....
