What engine goes by the name of "THE EAGLE" ?

I have a chance to pick up a gas engine. They called it an EAGLE,
Who manufactures it?
What's it worth in good shape?

What engine goes by the name of "THE EAGLE" ?

There was a manufacturer known as Precision Eagle, I belive they are no more. Sachs based design.

What size engine, some of there engines were better than other's.
