Default Regular muffler to smoke??

Is there any reson why you could not just tap and place a nipple on a standard gas muffler for smoke, instead of spending 130 bucks buying one, since I already have one. Thanks so much.

Default RE: Regular muffler to smoke??

I hvae a guy that just runs diesel through some tubing and it comes out the muffler....he doesn't have the whole smoke system or anything.......just lines through the engine to the muffler and out.......looks great..........
