I've had the devil's own time getting in touch with BME the last 2 weeks. Numerous phone calls not returned and the same with emails. Does anyone know what's going on? I have a 102 that needs repair before the season gets in full swing. Damaged when my H9 Suhkoi wing folded down through the wing tube in flight 2 weeks ago. Thanks.

If the engine is in need of repair, shipping it to BME, with a letter concerning damage and repairs, MIGHT get you a quicker response than using the telephone or leaving a message. BME does try to return calls, though.

Gravlrd,
I just talked to Keith at BME. . they are expecting your engine to arrive ASAP, and ensured me thay have any parts necessary to repair it. Please box it up and send it in as soon as you can so that they can get to work on it.
BTW, the phone rang twice before they picked up.

I've contacted BME several times for various reasons ie. mounting recommendations etc, and have had good luck. On a few occasions I was able to speak to Keith direct. If I did leave a message, I was called back that same day. They should give you great service, hang in there! Keith is a wealth of knowledge. Hopefully they'll get your motor back in shape. Good Luck!
