Default Bryson service

I sent a 3,2 in for service about a year ago and it took forever. After being advised to get the engine rebuilt I went ahead and then months later was informed that they sent it to C&H because the spark was weak and had to pay for that too. If you ask me that was probably the whole problem from the begining. Worse service I ever had. Runs good now but if I had to do it over again I would sell it for parts and buy a new one for what I spent on it!!!

Brison is not what they used to be IMO.

While they are always busy and sometime don't answer the phone, when they do answer, they are very courteous and helpful.

Just sent a 2.4 back for a repair 2 weeks later, I had it back. No problem with service here. I have never had a problem getting anybody on the phone either.

I've never had a problem with Gary or any one else at Brison. They are sometimes hard to get in touch with, and there is always a waiting list for his engines, but they sure run good.

I spoke to Gary at the WRAM show. He has been working hard to get back on his feet after a rather messy personal issue last year. He told me he is in the process of doing some significant redesigns of his existing lines to lighten and improve them.

I have only run three brands of gas engines and Brison has been my favorite. I hope to benefit from Gary's future endeavors!

Default It`s worth the wait!!!!!!!

I have a 3.2 on order and this will be the second one.

The first one is in a Lanier Cap 232 and it is an awesome engine.
I have about 10 gallons thru it without any problems what so ever.

Also have a 4.2 and that one is awesome too!
