From: someplace,
Gerald brought the car warranties. So I asked about them.
I called Bill last night about the warranties policies. (" in the manual there is a tear out to validate the warranties. And to date with all the engines we have sold only two warranty cards had been returned") So if you want the warranty fill out the card. DUH sounds logical to me.

The rest of 'em do it by serial #. Sell Joe Blow engine # 562 on Christmas 2003. Engine warranty good for #562 through Christmas 2005 no matter who now owns it. What's so difficult about that? Warranty cards....why? Maybe they hope most people won't send them in so they don't have to do any warranty work.

I have had tvs and other electronics fixed plus a whole bunch of weedeaters etc under warranty.
Warranty cards are purely optional and a way for them to sell your details to mass marketers in most cases.
All that is needed with most manufacturers is the Original bill of sale.
a lot of states have extra rules to protect the consumer as well.
Dont know about cars and trucks as mine always break after the warrant period is up!!!!

Gerry,
I had been following this thread and was wondering what ever happened to your TS52? Were you able to have it repaired and how is it running. Thanks, Pete
