Default Reverse Rotation G62

Does anyone know any company that can change the rotation on a G62 Zenoah and optionally convert it to electronic ignition???

CH Electronics has a bolt on kit for reverse rotation and electronic ignition.

Thanks for the info!

I checked out CH and RCIGN1's web sites as well as doing some searching thru old RCU posts. It looks like for piston ported and reed valve 2 strokes that it is only a matter of being able to move the timing reference on the motor. This would probably be easier by converting it to electronic ignition from magneto.

Does this seem right or is there more to it?

Nope, its just that easy. Change the timing from, just as a number, lets say 28*BTDC on a counter-clockwise to 28* ATDC will give you a correctly timed motor for clock-wise rotating. I however have never tinkered with the G62 myself but the trick works on most motors I have. Piper

Thank you all for the information. I really like the fact that I can rely on RCU's readers to obtain good information and advice on most any RC subjuct.
