Your best bet is to contact Gerhard at Aircraft International, and ask his advice. 3W already has a setup designed for that engine, and Gerhard can probably ship it to you the same day you order it.

Yes, I know about the (LL) sized mufflers, but I am talking about tuned pipes. (KS)
I have also seen the exaust system they have made for the 75, but that will not work for me, thanks though.
I just don't see many people with KS tuned pipes on these engines. I am very interested in perchasing some, but just want some more information on them.
Maybe a good question for Dick Hanson.
Thanks

In full length tuned pipse - I have tried a numberof types -all very long and very large .
There are US made - Mac's, and AUS Bolly and Czech (?) and KS from Germany.
BUT-- so far - the KS -setup right -is the best all around for gas pattern stuff.
Count on these things occupying lots of length and if you can PLEASE- set them up in tunnels exposed to air -preferrably along a goodly section of the belly of the plane.
Tuned pipes need to operate at fairly stable temps and high rises in heat raise bloody hell with their performance.
We have run the 50 3W but that is the only 3W on tuned stuff No reason the 75 won't work well but I would use a tuned pipe at least as large as the 80 KS series. On the 80 ZDZ and the 160 ZDZ this pipe really Works!
keep headers of large dia's and if at all possible do all preliminary setup for prop and pipe length on a bench.
The common mistake is overpropping (really dumb) and header too short and top end needles too lean.
Pipes make more power because --they burn more fuel----

I'm flying with a 3W50. At first I used the standard pipe. Later I switched to a tuned pipe, in a tunnel. I can tell you one thing; the difference is unbelievable. At first I was using a 20/10 Menz prop, turned around at apr. 6000 RPM. Now I'm flying with a 24/8 at apr. 6800RPM. The increase of power is simply unbelievable. One thing you have to watch very carefully is the distance between engine and pipe. You can find these measures at the site of 3W.

Thanks for the information.
Will the throttle responce/transition still be effective. I fly some 3D so that will be needed.
I am looking at buying this tuned pipe: http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemId=28335
I will be putting the pipe on the underside of a Hangar 9 cap (not in a tunnel).
Thanks,
Brian Dierks
