Default What engine is this???

Just purchased a Vaillencourt Hurricane and need some help in identifying the engine that came with it. It has a green rear housing with a Cobra logo..."Cobra Powered". The case has "D4D and then some Japanese figure above the serial number tag. I'd love to find out what I have here...any help?

Thanks!
Doug

If the carb is a Walbro it can be cross referenced to the original manufacturer..Look for a WA or WT followed by some numbers stamped into the carb body....

I thought the bolt pattern on the front looked like a Zenoah..The G4 number identifies it as a Zenoah, probably a backpack blower engine....
