Default Featherlie engine conversions?

Wuz wonder'n if anyone has experience converting a Weed Eater Featherlite engine to aircraft use. Any bits of wisdaom will be greatly appreciated.

Bought one from Lawnstation.com, $65.00, put a hub and back plate on it, used a WT499 carb from a glow G23, put a glow plug in it, was not impressed...Don't remember the rpm, except I didn't think it was enough.... I still have it, anyone want it send me $20, there's no carb on it but it has a mount plate and hub....
