Could someone please give me some information on a Taurus 52?
What should the plug gap be?
How many degrees before top dead center should the timing be set at idle?
What is a good starting point for the low and high needles?
Thanks Steve

Just in case anyone is interested in these figures.
Here is the answer directly from Bill the builder of these GREAT motors.
Here is his answer:
plug gap normal. .022-.025
28/30 degrees before TDC
close both needles GENTLY then open LO 1-1/2 HI 1-1/4,
depending on mix these settings are starting points.
recommended mix if new engine 50:1 STIHL or KLOTZ
If engine is broken in more than
3 to 4 gals. then 80:1 AMSOIL can be used.
Bill
Thanks again Bill
