Helping my flying buddy ( CrashnBurn ) finish up his Road Runner with G38. He has NIB 15 year old G38 for this bird. Question is where to connect wire for kill switch. Coil has two wires comming out in addition to the sparkplug wire, one small black wire at rear of the coil connects to the pickup on the coil and grounds to engine, the second wire at the front of the coil would seem to be the obvious choice. But, when checked with an ohm meter, appears to go to ground also. Could the coil be defective and shorted out or are we missing out on something? I have this same airframe with a Fuji BT64 and the kill set up was simple.
Thanks in advance,
Don
