Default Contacting BME?

What's the secret to contacting keith? Phone calls are answered only by a machine that appears to always be full. Their fax # rings to another answering machine.

If you are getting to a machine then you are doing better than I am. I just get a busy signal. Is there a non-warranty outfit that will work on these engines if there is a problem?

I don't really get a machine. Just a message that says there is no room left on the machine.

I tried for days. You have to get lucky and keep on trying day after day, hour after hour. It sucks but they make great engines. I have complained to no avail.. Skip

Use email! I've had 2 messages from Keith in the last 2 days. He's busy in the shop, what do you want him doing, building engines or talking on the phone? It's not a big operation like some others.

Found this message on the email group!

Hey Guys, Just had to drop a line and share the great response that
I got from BME. I had an ignition problem (no fault to BME) that was
causing me trouble. It had also caused some wear to the piston. I
sent the engine in to BME on Monday and got an e-mail back on Tuesday
saying that the engine was repaired, running and being mailed back
same day. New ignition module, new piston and cylinder all under
warranty. I got the engine today (Wednesday), installed it and it is
running GREAT! Talk about a BRUTE!!!
Anyway, just wanted to share the great service that I was given by
BME.
Thanks Keith!!!!!
