Is the G62 muffler shown in the picture, below which came off Zenoah's web site, a new version or an old version? I'm looking for a muffler that is as quiet as the stock muffler on my G26 to put on my G62. The stock muffler on my G62 doesn't have the pipe extensions. Anyone have experience with this muffler, is it relatively quiet?

New version, fairly quiet, so it's very restrictive....Cuts off more than 500 rpm.....

Is this new version any more restrictive than the old one? What muffler would you recommend that would be effective as this new version for noise, yet give better performance?

The new one seems to be about the same, maybe a little better..To be quiet you need volume....A Slimline or Bisson will be better for performance, and not too loud...Check out the Toni Clark website also.....
