What temp do your engines run at? I have been doing a 10 second test to get some idea on mine. I run it at full throttle for 10 seconds and then back it down to idle and take a reading. I would think somewhere in the 240'-260' range is where it should be. This is on an engine that is in the cowl with the head sticking out slightly.

What do you think? Is this about the right range or should it be slightly hotter when it is in the cowl?
