You want to contact Tim Indy.
He has this setup and may be able to help.

Use the Pefa LL 75cc each can and the headers aircraft international sells, this will get you going, and make the headers short. Hope this helps.

aircraft international has the headers for bme last time I checked as well as the pefa cans, if they dont have the cans, I believe cactus aviation and desert aircraft also have them.

Any idea if the Pefa LL Cans will fit into the Com-ARF 2.6m Extra? It seems only the MTW 75K will fit? Thanks

The Pefa LL can is 17.625" total length. The MTW 75k can is 9.25" in length.
Both have the same diameter (more or less)

The Pefa will propably work with the sort header but some of it will stick
out of the fuse(but inside the cowl). You'll have to measure
to see how much of it will stick out and then decide if you could live with it like that.

The real question is how the bme110 will perform with the MTW 75k. If i knew
I won't lose any performance compared to standard mufflers then I'd get one for my 2.6 in a heartbeat.
But I don't have that much disposable income to do the experiment[]

The 110 doesnt need cans to make gobs of power for a comp arf, and will balance with stock mufflers. I dont think anyone has tried mtw's on the bme 110, but would like to see someone try ks 1060 full length pipes on it.

I'm not looking for more power from the BME, rather noise requirements.... Now, if only someone would try out the MTW 75K for the CompARF Extra and BME....

The LL cans will not fit in the 2.6, but the L cans will. You loose about 100 rpm from what you get with the LL cans, but the transition is great and it will turn a mejzlik 28-10 at 6700, way to much prop ripping for IMAC. The shorter the headers the better, I used the KS flanges in to a 90 degree bend and then about a 3/4" straight pipe just enough to make the coupler work. I also cut a 1/2" off of the inlet tube in the canister. I use a mejzlik 25-12-3 at about 6000 rpms. Good luck, you will love it.

How does it sound Bob? Any db tests? The KS pipes are really quiet but I heard a plane at an imac meet that sounded so nice and had big cans from 3W. That 25/12/3 must be really quiet.

It sounds great, I think its slightly louder then my buddies DA with the MTW cans. I've never checked the DB, but with some throttle management I get 10's on my sound scores.
