man,,, I sure hope you can get you money back !!
but I don't think you will, you may get full credit,,,
my friend had big trouble with a Fuji twin (no power), it was only started some 7 or 8 times (flown only 3 or 4 times), so they replaced it, the second motor started only 2 times then it had no spark, but Tower would not give him his money back, they gave him full credit,,, that was not right,,,
I feel if they sell you crap and it wont work they should give you back your money !!
