Default Fuji 50EI w/ Kill Switch

I have the Fuji 50EI installed in my new G.P. Pitts and it is driving me nuts! The engine itself has about 3 tanks through it now for the break in and runs fairly smooth. My problem lies in the Great Planes Kill switch. I can get the on/off toggle to kill the engine but not the servo actuated micro switch. I thought maybe the micro switch was bad but the replacement did not fix the problem either. Secondly, I am getting a fair amound of interference in my radio from the unit. Here is what I have done. I have taken the red wire from the Fuji ignition module and spliced it. The battery end of the wire is connected to the red wire of the kill switch and the ignition end of the red wire is connected to the only other (black) wire on the kill switch. It seems like it should be fairly straight forward but it obviously isn't. A picture is worth a thousand words. Can anyone send me pictures of their kill switch install with the Fuji 50 EI.
Thank you.

We don't have a picture, but you need to mount the two switches in series. You would take one wire from the battery pack and solder it to one pole of the first switch. Then connect a wire from the second pole of the first switch to the first pole of the second switch. The second pole of the second switch would then go to the EI unit. Wired this way, the engine will run only if both switches were closed. Open either one and the power is cut off to the EI unit and the engine is shut down.
