Default DA 150 Cutting out

Hi guys, I have had several DA 100 and 150's and feel I am pretty good at setting them up, but my new one has me stumped. It idles, runs, and transitions perfectly. Pulls out of hover and climbs vertically without any sag, hesitation. No problem inverted , knife edge or down lines. If I fly accross the sky at half throttle and pull up into a large loop, it has an instantaneous cough almost as though the ignition is cutting out almost as soon as I pull up. It did this both before the cylinders were baffled and now that they are baffled. It is just a quick cutout and seems to only do it in this situation. I feel all of my electrical connections are secure. Any ideas? It has not died, but makes my heart skip a beat every time it happens. Thanks in advance for any ideas, Craig

Richen the low needle 1/8th to 1/4 turn and see if the problem goes away.
Sounds to me like it's starving for gas at half throttle under high G conditions.
