Default KS headers

I am having trouble with the KS flex headers that come wioth the big tuned pipes leaking like mad. Anybody out there have a fix for this?

Default RE: KS headers

I have the same setup on my DA 50. The autoparts store has a product called muffler tape/wrap used for fixing holes in mufflers. It has a heat activated adhesive. I cut it in half lengthwise ( it comes as 4") and just tightly wraped it around the flex part. I used some zip ties to hold the ends (both) down tight. As the engine runs it activates the glue. Works fine.
