Default BME service

I am considering BME 110 for my next plane but am a bit scared by the negative feedback on the service level that is provided by BME. Do any of you guys have any experiences as regards to BME service that would help me decide one way or the other? Thanks. Dave.

Dave, it is true that Keith is sometimes hard to reach via telephone. Email is better. I own a pair of 110s. I had a small issue with one of them a month ago, and sent my engine in for service. I had it back in 5 days.

I agree with Tim. All Keith's e-mails have been returned to me within 1 day. If you have a problem send it in with a note. He had mine back in 7 business days.

All of my experiences with Keith have been positive and I am extremely happy with my 50cc engine.
