Default BME 110 Motor Mount

Is anyone building 1/4" aluminum plates for motor mounts for the 110?
I have seen a couple photographs of these with the centers cut out and shaped to the profile of the stock mounting bracket.

I know plywood can work but if someone is machining backing plates it would be nice.

Try Chief aircraft, they make a steal plate on standoffs. It is very easy to make one out of aircraft ply though.

I purchased an all aluminum one from Chief.
Since the engine is so light, you may want to order longer standoffs
