how to quiet zdz 80?
I think that it has a pitts style muffler on it right now and it's LOUD. What can I do to quiet it down? I prefer not to do any canisters since I have no clue how to do it and it's a lot of work

Bisson Mufflers will build you a muffler with internal baffles and I also heard that they can retrofit your present muffler with baffles ( if it's a Bisson ). Baffles cost horsepower but they work.
I had a Brison 2.4 that recorded 98 db, I installed a lawn mower muffler on each muffler outlet and the db dropped to 92 and only cost me 100 rpm's. I too find that the noise from most gas engines is very distracting and unscale like. [:@]
