Default Mobil 1 & Motul 800 ratio

For those who run the mobil 1 2 stroke oil and Motul 800, what ratio and what engine are you running it at?

Mobil Racing 2T in DA50. Started with 32:1, then went to 40:1, 45:1, and have been on 50:1 now for 4 gallons and running great. I won't go any leaner.

I have been running my ZDZ 80, and Brison 2.4 on Motul 800 40-1. All fine. 10 gallons in the ZDZ and 3 in the 2.4 at this time.

Since changing a number of ZDZ flyers here -to 32-1 Mobil - problems with cyl scuffing are gone and engines start easier etc..
So far a win/win deal.

Its for a 3W. I ran the mobil at 50:1 in my 3w 106 with no probs, just curious as what everyone else was running. I have a new 157 that I may try the motul in, I tried the bel ray mc-1 in my last 150.

Is it the one recommended 50:1 but can be used up to 100:1?

http://www.redlineoil.com/products_m...sp?subcatID=16

what kind of places sell this stuff? It appears the auto places only sell the auto stuff

motorcycle performance shops-they carry a couple of Redlines so make sure you get the redline racing two stroke not the sport oil.
as for mix ratios - up to you
Unless something really weird happens -I am sticking with my 32-1 setups

I enjoyed meeting you & flying with ya'll in Shreveport a couple of weeks ago.

I run Mobile 2XT in my Brison 3.2 at the recommended dosage of 80/1, from the very start. Engine runs great, has one full gallon through it, & turns a 3W 22/8 at 7300 rpms. I like it!

I've been using both Motul 800 and Redline in Brison 3.2 and 6.4 engines mixed at 80-1. Been doing it that way for the last year and a half and everything is just great.

I was going to give the Mobil a try but none of the local places carried it..I wound up running Amsoil at 80:1 for 18 gallons with good results..

I know 3w recommends the redline at 50:1, so will give that a shot. I have tried amsoil, mobil 1, bel ray mc1, liked the bel ray the most, but figured I would try the redline in my 157 when it gets broken in.

Did you experience any problems while using the Bel Ray MC 1.

Just a side note. 3W also recommends Lawnboy Ashless. At the suggested ratio of 50-1 the engine pukes oil all over everything. It would be worth a call to see if that ratio could be lowered a little.
