Fuel Tubing Firewall Penetration on CF/Fiberglass Airframes?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make a clean/trouble free penetration through a CF or Fiberglass firewall for fuel tubing? I know I shouldn't just drill a hole and pass the tubing through because of the very high likelihood that the fiberglass will rub a hole right through the fuel tubing. I have looked all over the place for a double sided fuel fitting (with some kind of a flange for wall mounting) with no luck. Any help?

Just use yellow electric tape, add a drop of CA to hold the tape against any fuel resdue.

Rubber electrical groments...
They come in various sizes and you should have no problem find one that fits...

Go with the rubber grommets suggestion. You can get them in the electrical section at Lowes or Home Depot. Don't add more pieces than necessary.
