Default Loctite for G-26 Muffler

HELP .......

I put together a Hangar 9 1.20 Ultra Stick Lite with a G-26 (desertpig style) with a Slimline Pitts muffler. Four gallons later and it was decided (by others) to be a little loud. Switched over to a Bisson muffler and lost 200-300 RPM's, but nice and quite! On the third flight, both bolts vibrated loose, one bolt fell out and the prop hit the muffler as it swung forward.. Ripped opened the muffler and chipped my Mezjlik Prop. So, $105 later ..... what does everyone use to keep the bolts from coming loose?? I used Vibra Tite, but apparently not for high temprature applications??

thanks ............ zz

I use safety wire on mufflers in case the bolts come loose and because losing one is an expensive waste of money. I also use lock washers and either red or blue locktite.
