b&b spinners

The Zinger spinner will require a lot of work. You have to make the cutouts for the prop blades and then screw the nose cone onto the backplate with screws around the back parimeter of the cone. The design of these make the back edge of the spinner protrude about 1/4 inch back of the prop hub, like an offset to the rear.. The back plate is spun aluminum formed and not machined. When done they look cool and are light but be prepared to spend alot of time fitting it together. You will need to balance it when its done also. The pro spin spinner usually has to be opened up for prop clearance also. There more conventional in comparison with the Zinger but usually require work also. When all is said and done the True Turn sure does make a convienient exceptionally product.

Here's a pix of the Pro Spin. You can see its got funky prop cutouts. It will clear a 20 inch Zinger prop but something like a Menz or Mejzlick will require a lot of cutting, The previous Zinger is a 4-1/2inch and this one is a 4...Hope this helps Walt

I have a Dave brown spinner, 6in. it is just as nice as the Tru turn. still needs to be cut out for my Mejlik prop, same as buying a tru turn. it is a little longer, and needs an adapter that im waiting on from DB. but no more expensive than the long 'special' bolt that tru turn has...

I have a Dave Brown 5 1/2 inch . I ordered it cut for a 3 blade 22X12 prop back plate pre drilled for a 3W-60. It came ready to use. Its been a year since I bought it, but as I remember the price was around $80 for everything. Great price.
