I ordered parts almost 3 weeks ago from USQ Engines, and they have not shipped. Has anyone had any luck ordering from them in the last few months?

I ordered a US 41 engine from them on 10/2/05 and they still have not shipped. There is no customer service phone listed on their web-site. I have had several e-mail responses from them promising shipment within 1 or 2 weeks. So far nothing. At least they haven't billed my credit card. This is no way to run a business.

US Engines and Quadra merged, Hanspeter Naef is running the combined company, I have also been having a hard time getting parts, information, or a call back. I think the only thing left to do is go shopping at B & B. Hanspeter will respond by e-mail on occasion but I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to hear if parts are in stock. Anyone have a Pistion, rings and wrist pin with clips for a Q-100 RSS engine.
