ZENOAH Not pulling fuel????

ZENOAH GT 80. Cant seem to get it to pull fuel on choke. I have even blown some fuel into my carb from vent line. Still cant seem to get it to fire up. Any tips anyone??? Im for a lost.

My Feedback: (90)
On the carb, remove the cover that is retained with one screw. Check to be sure the intake screen is clean. Remove the cover with 4 screws, peel the diaphram back, and push down on the lever at the center of the chamber, to make sure the needle valve is not "stuck" in the seat.
Also be sure the line from the tank to the carb is clear. make sure if the carb has been removed, the impulse holes are lined up in the spacer.

The GT80 carb gets the pulse from a fitting on the case, no pulse holes in the carb..There is a fitting on the back of the carb that connects to the fitting on the case...The pulse hole has no effect on the carb when choked, it could be completely plugged and fuel will still be pulled into the carb...There has to be a rectriction somewhere between the tank and the inlet needle in the carb...

Fickle Flyer told you right. These carbs have a couple of really fine internal screens that clog easily if dirty fuel uis used. Rebuild kits are cheap and any LHS can order one for you.
