Default I am looking for an engine...

Does anyone know a source for a 14-18cc 2-stroke gasoline engine? I have seen 16cc engines on the forums occasionally and I would like to find one myself. I am working on a project and a compact engine(definitely smaller than a 21cc) is required. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Actually it is for a custom 1/8 truck I am working on... I want a smaller engine for the higher revs, and on a 13lb truck the torque would be plenty. I know it is not anything to do with airplanes, but the Car guys only know of 19cc and bigger engines, but the compactness of the smaller 14-18cc engines is my preference. I simply don't know where to find one, it seems companies have stopped making them.

14 - 18 cc "gas" engines? I would look at cheap weedeaters at wal-mart and convert one.

That has been the plan from the start, but all the brands I can find are 20-32cc engines.

Mcculloch Eager Beaver trimmers and leaf vacs have 18cc engines. I have one of each, vac model is "400048-06". Problem is they're really old and may not be available or may be junk by now.

Weed Wacker Featherlites, some have 18cc engines. BTY the same crankcase and crank is used on the 18, 21, 24 cc engines. So the the hassle of an 18cc you could have a 24cc engines.

The problem I seem to have is finding one with a cent. clutch.... I have an 18cc featherlite motor now (needs a new piston ring), but it does not come with the clutch. Would the clutch assembly from a 21/24cc engine fit, or would I need the crank too. I would guess if they come with a clutch that the crank is a bit different, or maybe just the adaptor for the flex shaft is different.
