Default G26 (Zen) Velocity Stack positioning

Folks, how should the G26 velocity stack be positioned? With the bevel facing foreward (ram air) or facing aft (suction air). I see flyers at the field utilize both orientations (fore and aft). Pros and cons to its use in this size engine? [sm=confused.gif]

Thanks and Happy New Year!

The bevel facing the rear defeats the purpose of the velocity stack...You want the fuel to stay in the carb, not be sucked out...

Thanks for confirming - it is a "velocity" stack.
