The wife of friend who is gravely ill has asked me what the value of some of her husbands stuff is.[
]He has an engine that I believe that someone told me was an early Brison 4.2. On the rear of cylinder head is: 49 ZN4W1 MAHALE. It has a 6 bolt hub and also an adapter to convert to single bolt hub. It has a C@H green box electronic
ignition. The timing ring is white and 1.5 inched deep with a rounded edge towards the front. It also has a Walbro
carb. I have also been told it could be a Sach's,Walker or an Q&M engine.
I would appreciate any help you could give me on type and possible value of this engine.

Thanks Terry,
Do you know if Walker is still in business or any history behind Walker.
I have seen a chart of engine/prop/rpm data that said: Sachs Walker 4.2 68 Bolly 24 10 7000.
Sachs as the manufacture and Walker 4.2 as the model of engine.
See link http://www.rcfaq.com/rpmstats/rpmbycc2.htm
Again thanks for your help,

Precision Eagle did buy some of the Walker stuff and called the engine the eaglet. I believe it was the 50cc size. Some years back Precision quit making them as well.

Hi all,
Just to let you all know, I saw Carla at a swap meet in Davenport,IA this weekend.
She confirmed that Precision Eagle did buy out Walker. She is now the sole owner of Planes Plus and has parts to fix Walker engines if you need them.
Thanks to everyone for all of your help,
Skylark
