Are you going to produce any more of the 62cc engines? I was thinking about getting one for my TF P-51.

THanks

We are planning to release a new 62cc engine, however we don't know when our supplier will have another available. Sorry for not being able to answer you more than that, but that is all of the information that I have right now.

Al, I have responded to all of my e-mails that have come to my account. If I can't answer the questions, I have to wait a bit to get with Adam so that I can help out with the technical questions. I only have one e-mail on record that you sent to me, and I responded to it two different times now. Please let me know if you are not getting my e-mails.

I've got a better one then that. Are you ever going to answer any of you e-mails?? Michelle doesn't seem to be any more responsive then you. I'd suggest you get on the ball before you lose all of your customers.
Al, this comment is really unecessary and upsetting as both Michelle and I are usually up until midnight every night answering e-mails and organizing the business. Michelle and I both have answered every e-mail we have recived. We are finding that many of our messages are either getting blocked by spam filters or put into junkmail folders. If you send us an e-mail, you need to add bcmaengines.com to your safe list if you have spam protection. Michelle spends a lot of time going through e-mails and making sure everyone is communicated with either verbally or written. Michelle is doing her job very well and if you havent recived a reply back then something went wrong in the e-mail delivery and you need to call.

All my e-mail has been received and answered.[sm=thumbs_up.gif]

For about a year, My Mom was sending me e-mail and I didn't know I wasn't getting it. When she asked why I never answered her e-mail, I went searching through my Yahoo account. I found that somehow her e-mail was marked for immediate deleation.[]

I hope that's a plastic cable with a ball swivel on each end and not a metal one.

OK it's my turn to chime in here. I am about to hit the roof with the lack of response from BCMA I have emailed and called several times in the past 2 weeks. YOU HAVE MY MOTOR AND YOU WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY INQUIRES ABOUT IT. I have been a happy BCMA customer until this lack of communication has started... I know you both have busy lives and full time jobs but there is a certain business courtesy that should be respected.. I do not want to air my grevience in a blog or discourage any future BCMA customers,so please PM me ASAP.

My results with Adam's email support have been good and getting better. My point is that things are improving. I believe Adam is trying to do the right thing by us and we will see improved response.

BCMA already has me sold on their motors, I've seen several now, back to the older style he had....

I do have a question someone might be able to answer. I intend to put the motor on a cowled 4*120(the 26, I think I will purchase a 40 or the newer 50 he is advertising as "coming soon" for a spacewalker build at some point....) and I'm concerned about the carb. making the motor way to wide.....

BCMA, do you have any photos of anyone with one installed on that plane?

For those of you pondering whether or not the email issue BCMA is talking about is legit, they just tried to send me an email and sent me a copy of the error message through RCU PM. Not sure why they're getting the error, but I'd at least say they are trying to answer emails and for some reason the emails are not reaching the recipients. Maybe someone out there with expertise in this area could PM Michelle and give her some advice on how to fix it.

BCMA is not the only company being accused of not answering e-mails. I am following a few other threads, from other sellers/manufacturers, and this is a common theme. We have gotten so used to instant gratification that patience is a lost art. That being said, if the e-mails are getting lost, patience is not going to fix it. I guess just be persistant, and don't assume the worst.

You can also try PM's through RCU if email doesn't work, or the good ol' trusty telephone since they now have a dedicated customer service line.

You won't gain much, if any, RPM, but it will use up your battery quicker.

Is this Adams SPE26 or a stock SPE26? Adam may have some milled arms like you see on some of his carbs, that he can sell you.

Andy

Oops! Now I see you apparently worked something out. Sorry about that!

I run a 18/6 hand made prop on my 26 and get 69 to 7100.

For my damaged 26 I think I'm going to order another and not worry too much about sending this one in. I swapped the 26's from my Balsa Nova to the Big Boy and found it had a bad pickup. It cuts out and backfires in flight on turns. So I'll just order a complete motor. I changed the pickup to the new one I ordered after the crash and it works fine.

Check out post 1162. This is one of several options. This may be one of the most reasonable, and it works well.
