You have a nice looking Webra like it has very low run time. B&B has a chock plate for that carb. Any two-line tank setup will work. Just insert a T in the carb line and run that to the side of cowl and add a fuel dot. This is for filling and draining the tank.
This line would be capped in flight. The vent line will go to the firewall and exit out the bottom. For 3D most guys will run a vent line but make a loop on top of the tank and cable tie it in place. This helps fuel draining out. Use silicone fuel tubing.

I never heard anyone say anything bad about a Webra Bully, it must be the Webra in them,,

here is my find, while not a Webra, it should twist a good 20x8 somewhere around 8400 on 0%

Anyone know where I can get a Strait Shot manifold for the Bully? I have one but it has a OS 8D carb on it and I would like to convert to Walbro 499 carb. Found the carb finally, but haven't got a clue on the manifold.

Thanks

""Anyone know where I can get a Strait Shot manifold for the Bully""

you mean you want the Carb bolts to protrude straight threw the manifold and screw into the Bully's cylinder ???

Nope. A straight shot manifold is one that rotaes the carb so there is a strait shot from servo to throttle arm. You don't need to make any bends or use bellcranks.

I would try to add the brass tube to the air breather plate and run a silicon tube into the fuselage. But I think …………..

Your engine looks new and will need to get some time on the ring before it runs good. The glow fuel may be a problem, what are you using for oil content? The Webra will need the same fuel as the big Supertigere engines, lower oil content.

Webra recommended 5% synthetic oil (like KLOTZ-200 at 5%) with 5% nitro. Some fuel suppliers have a Supertiger blend that will work.

The engine is also sensitive to it’s exhaust, may like a pipe.

Stock 25% nitro fuel has about 16 to 18 % oil or more. I used to use the Supertiger blend fuel with out a problem. The pumped carb diaphragm may be bad just from old age. This engine is from 1980’s and if the old owner ran it once it will need a carp cleaning. You must have a diaphragm for methanol. May find a kit at a local Go Cart shop. Look for how to clean the carb on RCU. This engine is also sensitive to muffler backpressure and likes to run on tuned pipes (on glow fuel). Still could need break-in time on the rings. This is as far as I can help. I would start with the fuel first then the glow plug (cold or everycold). Good luck.

You may want to check out www.rcignition.com and post a question to Ralph on his site.

I would use all Metal Gear servos in this setup. The carb in your picture shows the plate but I never seen one like that (black in center with 4 screws), but some where on it should be a small hole.
