I have a da 50 with show time smoke pump. I get great smoke at low rpm but at mid and hig throttle get next to none. any one have a fix. thanks fxd

Maybe the exhaust pressure becomes too big for the pump to overcome. How many volt are you running on the pump?

Where are you injecting the smoke oil. It should be as close as possible to the exhaust opening as that will be the lowest pressure area.

I am running a slim line smoke muffler. and a 6 volt battery

Are you running check valves?

Yes i am running a check valve between pump and muffler as per showtime instructions. thanks fxd

Is your pump capable of running higher voltage? Maybe 6 volts isn't enough to overcome the backpressure.
