Default wierdness 3W 75US

So I bought a used engine and got it running, had it in my airplane for about 5 flights now.... the other day i started her up just like normal, let it idle for a minute, and then just as i was about to take off i noticed my transmitter was falling apart.... So i switched my info over to my friends trans... and after that it never started!! I went back to mine just to try to start it to see if i had the wrong settings.... it still didn't start. i changed the plugs, it didn't start, i went back to factory settings on the needles, it didn't start. I'm not sure what else to do!? I took out the plug and put on the cap, and turned the engine over, and i watched it spark so i know i've got the spark- I know the needles are set right.... i know its getting gas.... what can I do at this point?

Man, I have a 9C and I've gotten fuel on it, oil from test running the engine, etc. Still going great. Going back to what you said about the battery, you may need a bigger one. I'm using a Li-ion pack and it seems to really run it down. If it's NiMH, they tend to discharge faster to.

My 8103 has had several crack also. I have had them on the back half around the switches and also close to the LCD. I really enjoy JR radios and the way they fit in my hand, however, I may switch back to Futaba on my next radio....

thanx/Bruce

That battery is plenty, I assume it's a single cylinder. I fly all day on an 1100 mah 5 cell on my DA 50. It could be that your battery is not good.

Try the NoBS low imedance NiMh packs at Hangtime hobbies.
