I received this for free and have no idea what it is. It has "made in usa" stamped on the cylinder. "Walbro" cast in the carb. Any ideas on brand or size or who distributes this brand?

Looks just like one of the incarnations of a Quadra 35..there was a time between Quadra made in Canada the present owners..company was called Plastic Engine Technology...Could be one of these, Or a U S Engines 35 or 42....
Don't lose the 11 little rollers on the rod....
